The client operates a digital platform for insurance sales and partnerships. Their business relies on multiple agents and partners who connect with leads every day. To stay competitive, they needed to automate call tracking, coaching insights, and compliance reviews to avoid revenue loss and streamline their sales cycle.
The Challenge
AI is no longer optional for companies that want to scale efficiently, it’s a necessity. Our client came to us with a clear request: build an AI-powered sales tool that would make their insurance sales cycle faster, smarter, and more transparent.
They needed more than just automation, they wanted full visibility into what their agents were saying on calls, how leads were being handled, and where opportunities were being lost. At the same time, compliance checks had to be proactive, not reactive, to avoid costly mistakes. The goal was simple but ambitious: turn every sales call into structured data they could learn from, act on, and use to continuously improve both agent performance and conversion rates.

Our Solution
Because our team already had experience developing AI-based tools, we knew how to approach this challenge strategically. The first step was to understand the client’s ecosystem and their existing call-tracking solution, Trackdrive. Recording and analyzing calls was a critical piece of this project, so we dug into the documentation and APIs to configure the integration properly.
We then built a tool that:
- Integrated TrackDrive to record and transcribe every customer call.
- Generates call summaries automatically, turning hours of audio into digestible insights.
- Flags compliance issues in real time, so managers can take action immediately.
- Provides agent performance data, highlighting coaching opportunities.
The result is a tool that not only automates what was previously manual work but also empowers managers with actionable insights. Instead of just storing call data, the platform transforms it into a resource that improves training, keeps the team compliant, and ultimately increases sales performance.
